On April 11th 2020 Auburn 20-30 and The Gold Country Children’s Foundation will host the 76th Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt at Rail Head Park 175 Pacific Ave, Auburn, CA (NEW LOCATION). This is a free event for the youth of the Auburn community up to 12 years of age with six different age groups including an area for children with special needs. This year we are planning for 10,000 candy filled eggs along with 12 dozen dyed hardboiled real eggs. We are seeking sponsorship for assistance in the cost to rent the field, purchasing candy filler, the plastic eggs and prize baskets. We are also seeking a local business too sponsor and manage a craft/activity area before and after the hunt.

The Active 20-30 Club of Auburn #19 is a strictly volunteer, benevolent society dedicated to positively impacting the lives of disabled and disadvantaged children in our community. For more than 90 years we have worked closely and donated our money and services to Kidz Kount, Boys and Girls Club, Stand Up Placer, and other organizations in need.
The Gold Country Children’s Foundation is a newly formed 501(c)(3) public charity managed by the Auburn 20-30 club providing us with the opportunity to provide full tax benefits that come with charitable donations.
Hunt Details
Saturday April 11th at Rail Head Park 175 Pacific Ave, Auburn, CA (NEW LOCATION) we will be holding our 77th annual community Easter Egg Hunt. The hunt will start at 12:00 noon sharp with over 10,000 candy filled plastic eggs, a few dozen traditional hard boiled eggs some of which are specially marked prize eggs redeemable for prize baskets.
The field will be split into separate age groups; 0-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12 and an area for those with special needs. All age groups will start at the same time 12:00 noon!
The hunt usually only lasts a few minutes so arrive early and join in on a great hunt. The Easter Bunny will be hopping in for photo opportunities along with some extra candy to hand out. All these activities are provided at no cost for the children participating in the egg hunt.
Activities are scheduled to run from 11:00am to 1:30pm with the hunt promptly at 12:00pm
